Apex help

I recently got an apex. I'm trying to set it up but I can't get passed the blinking yellow light on the eb8. What do I do now?

some times if you unplug the hole system wait about 10 seconds and plug it back in that works also if you leave the eb8 pluged in and unplug the power cable to the main unit and reboot it that works also if that dosent work call apex there tech support is great

Start by downloading this: http://www.neptunesystems.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Comprehensive-Reference-Manual.pdf

Start at page one and work your way through. Don't even look ahead in the guide. Start with the cover and work your way towards the end. This is exactly how I set mine up.

Once you get to the networking part, you'll have questions. I'm subscribing to this thread.

Edit: Have you updated the firmware yet? If not, stop and do that. Directions are in the link above. Blinking yellow light means is searching for firmware.

Also, google is your friend when you're setting up an apex. Type in your problem, and I guarantee there are others who have experienced the same problem.
