For starters I would use only an UL UR or CE Listed Driver for safety.

Given the VF you should be fine trying a 700mA driver like the Mean Well LPC35-700.

The Apollo fixture has anemic thermal management but you should be good with adding 50mA to the drive current. The Fixture Life Span providing the fans are working should be close.

If you want analog dimmable the Meanwell ELN 30-48D should work.

Forward Voltage Range and Constant Current Output are what you need to look for. Which Mean Well Are you replacing with?

To be sure how many and what type of LEDs are on each driver?

Also I would highly not recommend replacing the exact driver as it is not UL or CE Certified... The last thing that anyone wants is a failure that results in a fire.
