Bacteria bloom

So my tempory tank had a bacteria bloom.
I did a water change and sucked all of the goo out in the process.
Tank is all good and stable now.

What im wondering is can this bacteria make humans sick?
About 12 hours later i had what felt like the flu without the puking.
Fever of 101.5, chills, weakness, dizzy........etc
Anybdoy think this was caused by this bacteria? Im sure some of it was on the siphon hose.

Any Doctors in the house or lab techs that know what this bacteria might be?

I don't think an algae bloom made you sick I think just a coincedence.

It was a bacteria bloom, not algae. I know algae wouldnt do it but im sure that the bacteria isnt good to ingest.
