What is the best LED to go with for a rimless 45 without going over the top on $$$? Looking at keeping softies and zoas.

depends on whats breaking the bank. the china leds will work fine u could pick up a AI hydra or Vega for 400, or the maxspect razor for 420. if u only plan to keep zoas and softies u dont need a ton of par but check reef 2 reef there r some good deals on there with people selling used stuff
