Best schooling fish

Anthias or chromis. They can eventually kill each other off though. If your tank is big enough, a bunch of yellow tangs looks cool in a school

Newfish has orange lined cardinals that seem to school together. I have 1 now but am thinking of adding a couple more. I think they're very cool looking fish!

Threadfin cardinals ( Apogon Leptacanthus) are great. Keep them in add numbers. Not a lot of movement but they stay in group.

I have 6 geen chromis is in a 125 g they school pretty good I started with 6 a few years ago got down to 3 added one more then had 4 schooling. I recently added 6 more and only got 2 of them excepted so I have a nice school of 6. If you can get them all at once you will have the best chances. Let the fish store no you want 10 or more and they should give you a deal I think the cost on them is under a 1$.

The coolest schooling fish that I have seen in person is a school of look downs 6+ of them... I was truly amazed at how awesome they looked and their individual coloratio is simply brilliant with a decent set of LED lights.

Just got home from New Fish and they have about 8 orange lines there. Picked up 2 more and they instantly started to school. Funny thing is that my leopard wrasse jumped in the school and hung out with them.
