Bite marks on acro

I noticed my purple nana had some strange looking marks on it. I'm still unsure if it's polyps are bite marks. They are small and kinda look like polyps are coming out but are different than the normal sized polyps. I picked up the piece to get a closer look and when inspecting noticed bite marks. The bite marks look like AEFW bite marks. I gave the piece 2 seperate 15 minute dips in a rather concentrated bayer solution and I also scraped and basted the piece for several minutes but nothing came off. Any ideas?

It looks exactly like aefw to me but in my experience with bite marks that big if you best you'll get at least 1-2 fall off. But I didn't get anything. I basted in a seperate small Tupperware and inspected thoroughly. There was nothing.

I've dipped this piece multiple times in bayer at various concentrations and haven't seen anything come off. Those small spots I was seeing turned out to be polyps. Now that it's been a couple weeks they've developed into full polyps. But those bite marks on the tip certainly weren't polyps. It's since recovered and is doing really well.

I just battled aefw...those marks on the top look just like the ones I saw. Maybe it is something else, but it sure looks the same. Have you inspected other pieces?
