Black crap on rocks

Anyone identify this? I've been noticing it more and more lately. Its not bubble algae, and I doesn't appear to be fuzzy. I dunno what the hell it could be lol

It's not a sponge is it? I have some in my sump but it isn't wide spread like that. In fact it hasn't spread off of the one rock I have it on.

it almost does look like mold lol.

In pictures it looks a lot more fuzzy then in person. Almost maybe looks like dead algae?

havn't seen any of my CUC or foxface touch it yet.
This started after I started dosing calcium and alk. I wonder if maybe it caused something to start growing lol.

I was getting that same stuff all over my rocks. Does it blow off? I didn't know what it was so I dosed chemi clean and it went away in two days.
