Blue line pump problems

Blue line pump problems , been fighting an O-ring leak for the last 4 weeks on a brand new pump . Have taken these apart b4 to clean impeller and right back together with no problem this pump has been dripping since installed . i've tried tightening,loosening ,have had o-ring out and cleaned it just in case with a paper towel and cleaned the o-ring grove also . dont want to use rtv or silicone have 6 emails into blue line with no response or phone call .any ideas ?

I had a similar problem on a brand new reeflo. Turned out to be a problem when the pump was made, one of the components was out of spec. Stinks their response is non existant. Maybe contact the company you purchased it from and see if they have a defetive product return procedure?

You can always try a little Vaseline on the ring. But like was said above, either the groove or mating surface might be bad.
