Chalice noob, any tips?

Alright guys, I have been an LPS lover for years, and have been successful with many corals. I have been eyeing some crazy chalices, and it's time to try my hand at one. Just bought a frag on Saturday, and it's looking good. Any tips on lighting, flow, water chemistry, or anything else so that my chalice grows well and keeps its color? Thanks everyone in advance.

Your playing with fire . These are the most addicting corals and the most pricy . Yes they are awesome but when it goes bad it's over in one day with no warning . So prepare yourself for a bad day because it will surly come with chalices.

low/medium light and flow; I keep some in partial shade even. If I think it might get stung by something I use the lids from McDonalds sundaes to protect them.

I actually have a few chalices that are doing good in moderate lighting and moderate flow. They are right next to some orange monti frags and they are all doing great in my frag tank.
