What do you guys think about putting a clam in a 28g Nano cube? Ive seen some people have put them in theirs, but what do you guys think? I do plan on upgrading soon. Weve had the nano set up for about 1 1/2 months right now and im already hooked. Thinking we will be upgrading to at least a 90g within a few months. Would the clam do ok in the Nano til then? Thanks in advance.

I would say it all depends on your lighting. I've seen a few people have them in nanos with no problems but they either retrod the hood or had some of the newer cubes

like stated above if the lighting and water quality are adequate it could work . imo tho i would give the system time to mature , another 6 months to make sure you have a good idea how your tank is doin and maybe a little longer . once you feel u know your systems limitations and have it running smooth make sure you pick out a happy clam. read up some on clam issues to make sure u can pick a healthy one. after that good luck and post pics , clams always look cool from top down btw;)

I got the upgraded lighting for the Nano from Mario at Aquatica. Tank parameters have all been great since we got the tank. Thanks for the advice guys will probably wait a little while before getting one, may just wait for a bigger set up.
