Have you tried Rod's? My Idol goes crazy for it.

Get a clam on half shell from grocery store and put it in the tank. This usually does the trick.

I am really sorry to hear that.

This is why it is very important to get the LFS to feed finicky eaters before you take them home. My CB was QT for about a month before I even put him in the display tank. Was a good thing too because as soon as he was introduced to the tank my yellow tang was very aggressive with him. It took a couple of days but now they eat fine with each other.
