Coral food

So I've been looking into getting some food for my LPS. I have read good things about both polyp lab and fauna Marin. What do you feed and what do you suggest?

For LPS just frozen mysis and brine shrimp, some other meaty foods. I don't like to feed pellets or powder unless it is for filter feeders. Btw, both companies do have excellent food.

I agree with this. LRS and Rods are good all around food, but Rod seems to be fading over time. I do feed powders and liquids for the filter and small particle feeders. You kind of need to look at the coral, Duncans and Goniporas are both LPS but need vastly different size foods.
