Damsel Dilemma

So I have a domino damsel and I knew their reputation before I got one. I did a bunch of research and thought I did everything right but he killed a three stripe. They were the same size were introduced at the same time but I still ended up with a dead fish. Anyways I later got a pair of tomato clowns and they really helped put the domino in his place since right now they are bigger than him (about 3 in. and 2 1/2 in. and the damsels are only 1 in.). I recently redid the decor of my tank unfortuantly, this allowed my domino damsel to regain his mean streak because he can fit places the clowns can't. I noticed he injured my electric blue damsel and my other three stripe damsel. I eventually took him out so he wouldn't kill the other two. If I reintroduce him once the other two have healed will it do any good? or should I just find him a new home? I really like him and don't want to re-home him if at all possible.

My buddy had the same problem with his damsels, he had 3 that thought they were tough stuff. Removed em and now all his other fishys are alot calmer. I would suggest finding a new home if he is a tough guy but I wouldnt blame ya for giving it another shot if ya like em.

I think your going to keep running into the same problem due to the fact that they are aggressive by nature. IMO

All my other fish are semi aggressive to aggressive but i may try to move stuff around again so the clowns can keep him from bullying the other fish, if that doesn't work he will be donated to a 550 gallon tank where he cant be the bully.
