Difference between RODI and distilled water?

Hey CR, I usually carry extra RODI water but ran out of my auto top off water. So I went to the store because the fish stores were closed and bought distilled water until I could get more RODI.

My question is, is there a difference between RODI and distilled? I should have tested the distilled parameters but it was late at night and I had to go on a work trip early in the morning and just didn't think of if at the time.

You should be ok---if you are running any carbon should be ok for sure. But next time I would recommend going to Walmart or another grocery store for their RO water----I have had it tested and came out clean from Walmart. I know a few people on this site go there and a couple that go to Woodman's and they have no problems with Algae or anything else.
