I've heard before that people don't feel that their customer support is very good. Well I've had to call DA several times with questions about what to do with my rkl. Well today I was trying get set up my rkl with my cube. Had it all set up through myreef 2.0 on my laptop. When I unplugged it I was having problems with my head unit not connecting to the pc4. So I called da and he said that the lights flashing was the head unit wasn't being recognized by the pc4. Thought maybe a wire was loose cause it was a tight squeeze to plug it into the pc4. But I connected the head unit to the 75 gal set up and it worked so it wasn't a wire. I then connected it to a spare pc4 and the head unit said too many modules. So I went through and deleted all the modules it showed. I went back to connect it to the cube and that pc4 wasn't showing up. So called back and it was the same guy. He walked me through the steps of what to do. Had to reset up the pc4 in the laptop. Then plugged in the pc4 to the head unit and laptop and all worked! Up working well! Thanks to the da support! And then....... I had to call for help again lol I had locked the keypad on the head unit and didn't know how to unlock it lol and he helped with that!
