Diy fish food

So with the the miss hap I had this weekend I have been worried about my fish health more now then b4, so I am gonna be making my own now. The mix i am looking to make is going to be

Selcon
Vida-chem
Kent garlic
White fish
Cyclops
Shrimp
Nori
Me mysis
Rodi water

Let me know what you guys think and if i should add more?

Stay away from what they call wet seafood. This is seafood that has been treated with trisodium phosphate. (They spray this chemical on seafood to double the weight for more profit) it will be labeled on the ingredients. Putting phosphates in a reef system will cause unwanted algae. My other recommendation would be to buy wild caught because the nutrients are way higher than farm raised.

is the use of trisodium phosphate common for store bought seafood?
