DIY led when out. Possible replacement ideas

I have a little 5g bio-cube laying around, the original owner had installed led in the cover. The leds burnt out I believe. Fans run but no light. What would my options be? I'm going to use the tank for just frags (mostly zoas and lps) right now only thing that works is the blue moonlights.

Use a multimeter and see what’s busted might be a easy fix

If all the leds are out probably the power block, or drivers

I put new blue diodes in my evergrow. Because the blues were out. On the lights I have it will only take the 1st in the series to go out to make them all go out. because how they are wired. Take the light apart test for driver power. If you have power there test each light till you find the one that don't have power to it. That would mean the led just before it is bad.
