Dosing pump

It's coming from hongkong/china, and cheap. There are also alot of grammar issues with the ad, I don't know if I can trust that company and product. You don't want that malfunctioning and causing a fire or a crash in your tank by a dosing mistake.
Dosers are something you shouldn't be cheap on, because a malfunctioning doser will crash your tank. atleast get the BRS doser.

i didnt even think of that.. well put and thank you. I wasnt stuck on those. they are the cheapest on ebay with a few others up to $50 for just the pump and head. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. can anybody give me a decent brand i could trust?

You can always find used BRS dosers from other reefers leaving the hobby. There's a bunch of them for sale on reefcentral and other forums. may also find some of craigslist.

I use the bubble magus doser i love it but kinda pricey the brs ones i hear are pretty darn good as well no experience with them myself tho

Ooo, I like the individual controllers.... Maybe BRS just lost a sale... Does anyone know how durable they are?

The bubble magus and similar type dosers are stand alone dosers and more expensive (I have the same). If you have a controller like a reef keeper, or a digital timer, the BRS dosers work just as well.

Yea ur right about being controlled by a controller but then u have to u use an outlet on the power bar. With it having its own controller u don't have to worry if u don't have a controller or don't have anymore outlets for it. I like that u can link up multiple units together.

Yeah... To dose my BRS 2 part I'd need 3 dosers, and I don't have 3 plugs left on my RKE.... Not looking to drop another $90 just to plug in the dosers, those ones from Premium Aquatics are looking rather nice because of that...
