Drilling a 210

So, Aquarium adventure is going to be having a sale next month on their aquariums. Ive been thinking of upgrading my 150 to a 210. But the sales person told me that I cant drill the Aqueon 210 because its tempered glass. I want to drill one side panel. What do you guys think? Has anyone drilled an Aqueon 210?

I'd call Aqueon directly; a lot of the time when they say that a tank is tempered, they only mean the bottom panel. I just called them this week about the 55 gallons at Petco's (almost) $1/Gallon sale, and they said that the side and back , so it's definitely worth a call, especially if you're trying to go the custom/DIY route.

I got my 210 from them that was Reef Ready so I would not have to worry about drilling
Nice!. My 150 is setup as a peninsula, so the holes have to be on the same panel to use the same plumbing to my sump.
