I have a cute little Dwarf Lionfish for well over a year. For the first year, it only ate live ghost shrimps once a week. It was a pain in the *** to keep, and I almost gave it back to my LFS. I was told by another LFS that the best way to train it to eat frozen foods is by purchasing a thin graphite rod from a hobby store, skewer some silversides or krill to the ends of it and dance it around in front of it. It took a few tries, but it worked. Now, it pretty much chases down anything you put in front of it.
Currently, it lives with a small six line wrasse, two clown fish, and a flame angel. No one gets harrassed by the Dwarf Lionfish and it hangs out in the open all day.
