Emerald Crabs?

I'm thinking about getting some for my reef tank. Are they good algae eaters. I have green turf growing on my rocks, I need some thing to eat it.

i bought 4 a month ago to deal with bubble and hair algae as of today all gone but i do have a little patch of turf algae but still remains

They are hungry little bastards but keep an eye on them. They can eat soft corals too.

I don't have too many soft corals, mostly sps now in my 180.

How many Emerald Crabs would you recommend for a 180?

I would recommend 1. I have a 300 and I had ten plus. Daily I watched the biggest emerald fight and kill those smaller then him. Now I have 1. Everyday he fights his reflection in the glass. He might just be a bully. Not sure if this is normal behavior

I did 4 in my 120 ??? Start with 4 in your 180 and go from there
