Hey reefers!

I just recently upgraded my setup from a 36 gallon tank with canister filter to a 46 gallon drilled tank with a 15 gallon sump. I have a Reef Radiance DM-55e led fixture hanging over the tank and I am very happy with my current setup! I will be adding more coral in now but I am a bit overstocked on the fish side. My current tank inhabitants are: 2 Clowns, 2 Firefish, 1 Sixline Wrasse, 1 Randall's Goby, and 1 Coral Beauty. I change at least 5 gallons of water a week so my parameters are always in check. My sump is actually a sump/fuge with some mixed algae and tons of pods. I would appreciate any advice for improvements and any suggestions on coral to add!

What kinds of coral do you like? And what are you looking to spend? How long havd you been in the hobby, and how old is current setup? Probably get better recommendations that fit your interest by answering those questions.

Right now I have some beginner coral. I have a torch, teal bird's nest, some zoas, neon green star polyps, pipe organs, and I also have a BTA. I have been into saltwater for about 9 months now but I have done freshwater for years. I will most likely be adding coral little by little. I don't mind spending up to $50 for each piece.

Redid my rock scape today to add more horizontal surfaces for the recent frag pack I won here :)

Any tips or advice would be appreciated!

Is that a purple rain nem? Tank looks good

Thanks! It's a bit messier than I would like but it's my first tank so I am still learning. That nem is a Rainbow BTA. It split in 2 when I upgraded my tank from a 36 to a 46 with a sump/fuge. I plan on getting rid of one of them once my clowns decided to nest in one.

You can make them host one by putting them in a bowl or something with only the clowns and the nem, but I just got my first nem Sunday so idk how

That's what a lot of people said but I didn't know about that method until after I put the nem in my tank. Now both pieces are anchored down in good spots and I am just going to wait until the clowns choose one.

Possibly get some eggcrate or w.e the white grid thing is and make a box and trap the clowns in with one

I though this was kinda neat. One of my hermits carved a path in the GSP forest.
