They are Chinese Imports using older technology LEDs

Coral look good under them but they run a bit hot for my taste.

I put an all CREE fixture together last night. Compared it to my Chinese LED Par30 with the same color LEDs. I forgot how much better CREE chips look until now.

In your case CTR they would do just fine for your fish to be lookin good ...
