Fan for tank cooling

With Summer actually here now I know our tanks are going to be affected. I would like a chiller but I'm way too cheap to buy one so I found an alternative a few years ago. I got this fan to cool my tank and it does a reasonably good job. I have the desk version of it but there's a clip-on version too. Its effectiveness would depend on your situation but it's very quiet on either speed. On low it brings my tank temp down about 4 degrees.

I use the same fan and would get it again. However, I got mine at Target.

Where did u guys clip the fan on top of tank or in sump

Mine is clipped in my canopy, but it can also be directed in a sump.
