Feeding Polyp and Frog Spawn question

I normally feel my fish frozen Miyso or Brine... and was mixing up the Coral Frenzy and puffing it at the one Polyp I have.. The other day when I purchased the Frog Spawn, they sold me a big brick of "Gama Slice, Cyclops" to feed the Frog Spawn... Can I also feed this to the Polyp? Or would I be better sticking to the Coral frenzy, which btw, I seem to feed the polyp and the zoa's with even though I know zoa's prefer the light :) figure make too much for one polyp :)

who carrys gamma food ? -sorry for hijack but its the best frozen food ive fed
and as it goes with feeding corals i onlh do it once or twice a week i small amounts . over feeding coral food will make headaches fast . i also like to mix it up

I don't see "cyclops" on their website to see what's in it, but you see folks feeding pellets, so I'd think protein is protein.

?double hijack? What headaches come from "over feeding" coral foods???
