Finnex Ray II LED fixture

I know that Finnex gave a LED spot lamp away at MACI. but does anyone know how good the Ray II would be. the price seems to good to be true.

192leds and 20w? Not even good enough for a fuge light.Would be ok for a fw tank.

thats what i was thinking, but with them advertising it on a 30 gallon is why i started questioning

They just wanna sell their product.there's more money in the fixture than the actual leds.
