Fish name?

Pseudochromis diadema - goes by bicolor dottyback, diadem dottyback, or purple-top dottyback.

It is aggressive, what other fish you have in your tank? How big is your tank?
 
Wow, you have two little bullies in your tank now, once they establish their territory, it will be very hard for you to add more fish, especially small and peaceful without them being harassed or even killed.
