Ewwww! I'm betting that those are swordfish fillets. I've heard that their fillets have a parasite living within the tissue. Gross!!

I've seen those up close and personal. I'm almost positive ut's freshwater. I've seen them in perch and walleye in Wisconsin.

IIRC it's a fluke of some sort.
