We received more entries than we ever imagined. We are definitely going to be doing more photo contests with different themes. This was fun!

Not quite, but we'll probably decide today or tomorrow and announce no later than Monday. It's been difficult to make a decision. A handful of us each selected our own group of finalists and then narrowed that to a single list of the photos present in all our lists. The entry we initially selected as our winner turned out to live in the UK, which we've confirmed with the photographer. Unfortunately he is ineligible for the prize per the contest rules (which he understands). We will select an alternate winner shortly and let everyone on the boards and social media know shortly.
