Flame Fin/Tomini Tang killed my Diamond Goby

My flame fin tang has been getting aggressive towards my 2 diamond gobies. Well this morning one of them was dead and the other barely leaves it den area. It will dart in its den as soon as it sees the flame fin, but not any of the other fish. Any suggestions to keep my last one alive? The tang seems to be picking at the sand and I wonder if it has become territorial with the goby because of this. I would much rather have the gobies then a flame fin tang, but ideally I would like to keep both.

Do a big move on your scape. I've heard and seen first hand that it can sort of reset the territories amongst your stock. I had a female clown that went nuts one day and simply rotating a rock put her at ease.

The thing is I have a 2 island design and they mainly stay on opposite sides. I think the flame fin just thinks its fin to chase the goby. I guess time will tell.

Tape a mirror to the tank glass so he keeps himself busy chasing himself.
