Flashing problem with Par38 LED bulb

IDK if there's a solution for this or if it's just a signal that the bulb is near the end of its usefulness. When the bulb goes on in the morning it flashes intermittently for about five minutes; after that it's fine. I can't tell if the intensity of the light has dimmed over the years but corals still grow underneath it.

I remember a similar problem I had years ago with a TV. The solder joints had cracked over time and so the TV would flash until the joints warmed up/expanded to decrease the gap in the solder.

Or is this just a bulb that needs replacing soon ?
 
I think you have a LED going out. I had the same problem with a par bulb, but it would just keep flashing constantly because one of the LEDs was out.
