Frag help?

Yep, a favia..that's why I thought it was a blasto, because it's shrunken in, but yeah lower light and lower flow and a lil tlc.

Ya it needs some tlc for sure , look at it after the lights are out ... It should have sweeper tentacles that come out .. If so feed it some mysis ...

Some coral, such as Favia are lower light coral - Not sure what size tank and lights your running but its more than likely recieving too much light and possibly too strong of flow - Moving it lower should help/be the proper location. As mentioned, at night it should put out some sweepers, thats a great time to target-feed it - Its amazing what alil target feeding can do to help revive coral.

Just got back from a lfs and got some brightwell aquatics zooplanktos-l to start broadcast feeding. Any feedback on the product?

How do you tell the difference between blasto or favia?

Blastos look like a bunch of little tubes with flowers coming out of the top Favia looks like a brain. when they're open I suppose they could look a little bit alike but closed they couldn't really look much different. Try putting both in to Google image and you'll see the difference clearly.
