Funlad3's 90 Gallon Peninsula Reef Tank

So I suck at staying current.... Here's what I just finished making tonight/3AM....

So my DT is finally clear, but a lot of the sand dust stuck to the film algae that I let grow on my glass, so the tank looks filthy. I'm going to hve to clean it today so that I can get a nice video update for all of you.
 
That video is still coming, I assure you. Tonight, I snagged a huge colony of Blueberry Gorgonian. Bring on the hate if you want, but my tank has been growing dendros without me spot feeding them. Now that I'm dosing zooplankton and phytoplankton, I feel I have a good chance of keeping this piece. It shall be in the video!
 
I don't know if I ever made that video, but here are some new coral shots. I have four new colonies from a store in Florida too! The TSA was so delightful......

The green thingies are Neomeris annulata, one of the few types of purely calcerous algae. Thanks for the compliments on the scape, though I'm sure you nearly died with all of the algae. My skimmer has been doing squat since I took out my fish, and the tangs are then obviously not there to keep everything clean...

I need way more flow, as I only have my return pump (~700 GPH at head pressure) and a MaxiJet 1200 Pro. Anyone have any Koralias or MJs laying around? I have coral! I didn't even show the frag tank!
 
lookin good, just toss couple vortechs on the back wall for flow. i had one of those worm things, i thought it was fake till i ripped it off
 
Thanks guys! Erik, I can't afford any Vortechs! Every time I start to get some money together, I buy fish or coral.... Speaking of which, I have a $350 SPS pack in the works from a friend in Georgia! Now to get some $$$.....
