So long story short, my last tank crashed when I ran out of ATO while on vacation and the sitter ignored it and didn't fill it up, resulting in a freezing of the tank. I lost my favorite fish, and most of my corals. After much consideration, I decided if I can sell my tank fast enough and for enough(or close to enough), I'll rebuild.

I got enough for my tank, stand, skimmer, sump, and reeflink to pretty much get my tank/stand almost. So after borrowing money from my Biopellet reactor that I will one day sell, I got my tank and stand!

What did I get?

I got the Innovative Marine Fusion 30L.

I promise this time to update my thread more often and with better build picture.

Stuff. Either have it or will get it.

IM Stand
IM 30L Fusion Tank
Tunze ATO
Apex with Temp/pH 2x EB8 WXM Module (Might sell if I switch powerheads) Apex AutoFeeder, Display.
Tunze 6040 if I can get it to fit without modding the screen lid. (Maybe 2)
IM Spin Stream nozzles. x2
IM Fuge Light
InTank Media Rack
InTank Floss holder.
IM Skimmer MidSize or Tunze 9001, not sure yet.

More to come as I decide a few things, and order them!

Thanks, yea I'm impressed with how they look for a tank that is "complete".

I decided to take an entirely different route with this tank and move back to the "old" stuff my last tanks had. I like to change things up and try new things, so we'll see how it works.
 
Very nice Gary. Great choice for the mulligan build. I just picked up a 20 Fusion myself.

So when will you have a sale on the other stuff I need!

Also, I know you guys have a 30L in one of your break rooms, is there enough room between the screen lid and the back chambers to run the cords from a tunze 6040?

I have not planned anything yet. My build will be a slow one since I have my hands full with the 75g anyways. However, from my experience with the biocube 29, the chamber is too small to do anything useful as a fuge. Not sure if the chamber in the 30 fusion is that much bigger or not.

I may consider a HOB fuge. I think [MENTION=569]Jep21[/MENTION] has one and he loves it.

Thanks for the shout-out. We don't have a 30L in the office but we'll check and see if we can find that out for you and follow-up. What are the other items you are looking for that you would like us to put on sale? We plan sales pretty far in advance so if you give me a list I can plant a seed with our buyers and/or let you know if we already having something in the pipeline. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to earn your business. Let me see if I can find out about the 30L/6040 combination...

I know tunze doesn't do sales, that silly policy...

I plan to use an InTank basket, remove the middle and just add chateo with a light.

T5 sale coming early to mid February. What type of Tunze item? We may have a broad sale where a coupon could be applied that I could give you an approximate date on.

I'll be looking to get Tunze 6040, the new smaller nano controllable pumps, also I'll be looking into nano reactors that can fit into the back of the tank once I figure out my layout. Looking for stuff to not "stick" out of the back area too much, and I still am comparing the ghost skimmer to the tunze skimmer. Although I have the gut feeling the Tunze is the better of the two, but by how much? I'm more inclined to go with something that will give me smooth lines and clean corners compared to something that stick out unless the performance is that much of a difference.

Looks to us mid-February to score your the pump; skimmers and reactors next week. You won't be disappointed, I assure you.

The new Tunze protein skimmers are still fairly new so we don't have any product reviews about them yet up on the site. Popularity-wise, Ghost skimmers are outselling the smaller Tunze skimmers 3:1 during the past 2.5 months. Performance-wise, you're not going to get better feedback than fellow hobbyists so hopefully some can chime in.

Turns out one of our staffers has a 30L at home so she is going to take some measurements tonight. We'll follow up tomorrow with the results.
