GB LED's from Evergrow - Display issues

I bought a few IT2060's and one of them had the LED display go blank. The screen backlight still operates but there is nothing displayed. Any ideas if I locked the screen somehow?

Evergrow does not have a reputation for quality.

If they are still under warranty I would return them for a new fixture.

If its a recent purchase, I would ask for a full refund and spend a little more on a fixture with UL Parts and quality Cree LEDs

I was able to get in touch with a CR sponsor who can get parts for relatively inexpensive for a quick fix.

Other than this one issue my lights have been excellent but I definitely understand there may be a quality difference from some of the more expensive units
 
It does have a black out screen I think if you press the menu button and hold.it should come back on
 
I think i had a screen go out on my about a month after buying my evergrow fixtures. They got me a new screen for free pretty easily. Other than that, I've been running them for over two years now.
 
Get in touch with evergrow directly. I think their customer support persons name is sunny. Just search the forums for "sunny evergrow" and I'm sure you'll find it. I had a problem about a year ago and they were quick to send the part. I was out of warranty but they just charged a small fee. They are in China though, so they will only reply back at night.
