Gu10 build

After selling both my bc29s and upgrading to my 125 i forgot about little tanks. Well that didn't last long i recently started a fluval chi pico. So now it is time for a new light so i am going gu10 led. I am trying a few different dealers from Hong Kong I will let you no how the shipping is. Right now I have ordered 7 sockets from 2 different people and 5 bulbs from 4 different dealers.

They where all free shipping. I wonder why no one has made a bulb with blue and white together? I see they now have one with purple and blue I may give one of these a try too.

Let me know which ones work out best for you. I've been experimenting with the gu10s for a couple months and my Duncan's and trumpets seem to love them. I wanted to order more but I wasnt sure what ebayer to buy them from. I have 11 of them (8 blue and 3 white) setup over about a third of my 125.
 
It's a long thread but I did read it all. I bought mine from someone on this site and they've been working pretty good so far but I want to get more. There's just so many sellers on eBay and I'm not sure who to get them from.
 
Make sure that you buy the base for them too. The wiring process is a lot easier when you can just screw them in.
 
I didn't order any from him but his price is very good for a us seller. I ordered 7 bases already from china they are the ceramic ones with short wires.
