hardwood floors and reef tank

The floors in my living and dinning room. Badly need attention. I in a past life did floors for a living but never with a reef present in the home. I really just want to know if anyone has had experience doing this. I mean I'm cool with just working around the tanks. Just want to know if there is any I'll effects I should concern myself with.

If you don't plan on taking down the tanks any time soon then it's your little secret. I also installed hardwood floors and can't see any issue.

O and 1 Thing I can think of is fumes depending on what is used I would keep the house we'll ventilated just in case.
