Has Any Tried Neuco Deep Blue Star 20000K Bulbs?

I love the look of Radium 20k's but I have 250 watt DE pendants and they don't make them that way. I've tried numerous 14 and 20k bulbs and other than EVC, none come close. Unfortunately, the EVC's I had failed after only a few weeks. I didn't like 20k XM's and currently I have one 20k Ushio and the other is a 20k Hamilton.

Before I change to 250 watt mogul so I can run Radiums, I wanted to hear about these bulbs. The manufacturer claims they're even better than Radium.

Can anyone comment on their color and/or PAR?
 
I asked a question of a site that sells them and they replied that the 250 watt DE's are the closest bulbs to a Radium but crisper. Not exactly sure what crisper means but this may be the last one I try before changing my reflectors!
 
I also need a 250w DE that is like the radium. I looked into mogul but my tank is not wide enough with the eurobrace, otherwise I'll have tons of light spill. I'm running the EVC now and it's the closest, but a tad more purple... I want more blue, not purple.

Please give them a try and test PAR if you can!
