Can someone help me find the thread someone posted about a cheap solution to sump lighting. The post talked about a review of some homedepot bulbs with built in reflectors... any help would be great.
 
i just bought one of Home Depot clamp lights and a plant bulb for my HOB refugium. All under, i think, $15. I googled refugium light and found a bunch of info. Been on for a few days only. So jury still out.
 
Agree. Just buy one of those clamp on bulb fixtures from lowes/home depot/ace. I like buying the LED because I won't have to worry about changing the bulb for a long time. Go for grow lights, or lights around 5000-6500 K temperature, they are best for chaeto growth.
