Help on Betta

My Betta seems pretty stressed or something wrong with him since wc last week. He is basically staying on bottom of the tank at all times .. Anyone know what's wrong with him?

need more info then that. Tank size? Dosing? New colorations in scales, gills or eyes? Also are you conditioning the water or adding any salt?

How old is he? They only live about 3 years.

Well said its fresh water. Bit over inch adult male. I don't think any colors have changed but bit of its tale caught on net while I was transporting it. The vase is about 5 gallon

Didn't add any salt but I used nutrafin aqua plus conditioner

Lot of good stuff there. Helped a lot. I think the water was bit too cold . I placed heater in there and I think he is doing better but still laying on bottom of the vase.

He looks really bad all the tail and fins looks so beet up . Thoughts?

If his tail was caught against the plant then you may want to get a new one, that or possibly fin rot but hard to tell without pics.
