Help Wanted: Experience LED Solderer

No, I'm not a communist..
Okay, so I bought some of the Evergrow 2040 LED fixtures recently and had the forethought to order some extra whites in case I selected too blue of a spectrum. Well, the spectrum was too blue so I opened them up and attempted to solder new whites into each fixture and only one of them worked. Since then I've been running the fixtures at 100% and 50%. (I removed the optics since the fixtures are mounted in my canopy and I couldn't raise them to avoid shadowing.) Although, the color is okay to look at, I'm loosing color in my red and purple acros which, according to my research, is a result of too few whites. So I'd like to add 6 more whites to each fixture and I'm looking for someone who would be able to solder them in. Compensation can be worked out in coral, cash, beer or whatever trips your trigger. I would bring the fixtures to you if that is your preference.
 
Thanks guys, I've going to pull out the magnifying glass and give it another go. Thanks siebo for pointing out the miniscule negative sign on the leds :)
 
I actually had blue leds one time that i soldered in and didnt turn on i looked all where in right went to test with battery found out the idiots made leds backwards the side marked negative was actually positive lol

Hmm. I re-soldered them and now 4 of the 6 are working. Maybe I'll flip the other 2 and see if they work, thanks!
