my camera just won't take good picture of it but its in this one big rock there are these long tentacles going through the whole rock,View attachment 12306 most of the time it stays in but sometimes reaches out to the send bed.

I think maidia is right with spaghetti worms do a google image on them see if those are what you have.

thank I did look it up kinda looks like it the only problem is I never seen the actual body just the long thin black and white checkers long tentacles true out the rock, are these good or bad for reef? thanks

Matches the description of yours. I hear they are good but never had them in my tanks maybe somebody else has more info on them.
