Could possibly be tube worms as well

R they yellow or neon green if green its a type of algae seen it before at show tank guess only grows under ceretain conditions so nobody really able to keep alive think when dieing they turn pale yellow then white

They kinda look like vermetid snails. Do they put out this stringy crap at night?

They're definitely yellow & sessile. I noticed them yesterday, after a Tuesday night water change they seem to have grown overnight. I'll watch them today then check with a flashlight tonight.
