Only comes out at night...almost looks like a nem or torch has little yellow polyps

Damn well Majano would be bad right..

what about a ball anemone and why would it only come out @ night?

tHANKS Smitty it kinda does look like a ball anemone.. i'm planning on getting a copperband butterfly maybe he will take care of him if they multiple or get out of hand but from what I read they are harmless!

Harmless and a fun addition to the reef. Very common and they always stay out of the way in dark areas only coming out at night. They'll never take over a tank like pests.
 
No problem. And, they seem to always disappear one day anyway. No need to try to eradicate them.
