never had pony or pipes , but based on some reading i wouldnt do it seems like a large bioload for all the feeding these guys would need . hopefully the peeps that have them will chime in . good luck!!

Still too small for anything other than babies/dwarfs. I kept a pair in a 14g bio cube, and they quickly outgrew it, so I passed them along. Depending on species, I would go 20-30g. Also remember, the taller the tank, the better. You may get away with less gallon wise, if dementions are favorable.
