Looks like the beginning of Cyano or a Diatom bloom... your tank is new right? how long has it been running?

It should pass. If not you can eventually use chemi clean. It's the normal occurrence at the beginning of a tank though

yeah I would wait it out... just so it doesn't get crazy maybe cut down on your lights.

I been keeping the light on for 10 hours a day is that too much? Should I do a few water changes?

yeah thats a lot of time to have the lights on, try cutting back to like 7 or 8

yup what smith11 said... I have mine running for around 10 but they ramp up and down... not much light at all for about an hour in the morning and hour in the evening.
