So after bout a year. Getting back in the game.

Decided to go with a 2 tier sump. Top tank 30b Bottom tank 40b

Went with a basement sump with Top tank going to used as a Fuge and bottom to house skimmer. Still need to figure out a way to clean this mess up

That tank looks clean as all hell. I'm definitely more than a little jealous...
