Kessil a360w to much light?

I'm thinking about setting up a IM 20 or the IM 25 lagoon tank. I have a Kessil a360w from my past tank, would that work for either of the tanks or would it be way to much light.

yes it will work you can always turn it down

I wouldn't sweat it too much. Most corals can take quite a bit of light, but they need to be acclimated slowly. Start at the lowest/bluest setting possible and work up from there.
