killer clowns

So I'm pretty sure my pair of clowns killed my 2 green chromis.should I bother getting other fish or can i assume that they will kill anything that's not way larger then they are? Any recommendations on any fish I should get preferably a schooling type fish

From what I know , clownfish are damsels hence the aggressiveness. They shouldn't be aggressive towards other fishes

How long have the clowns had the tank to themselves, they may not accept any new fish, even if it's larger they may go after it and you could lose one of the clowns the female most likely.
