Led issues

I have one of the group buy LEDs from evergrow. First a little detail. There are 2 channels, colors/ whites and blues. Each channel has 2 drivers. So one driver powers half the lights per channel. Now for the issue. Half of the c/w channel started the flicker about a month ago for a couple days and stopped. I figured everything is fine. Well I noticed some acros starting to bleach and get burnt on the tips. I racked my brain as to what was causing this to my acros. This morning I took a closer look at my lights and half of the c/w channel is much brighter than the other half. Looks like it is running at 100%. So it is not dimming the way it should and is cooking my acros. Would a loose led cause this? Or is a bad driver? Any ideas here.

Did you try resetting it to factory settings and checking if its dimming then? Sometimes a simple reset will fix the issue. If that didn't work, contact Sunny. She will definitely help you out.

Work with sunny at evergrow. I've been having issues with one of my units since shortly after I got it. The white channel won't turn off even when it is set to zero. They thought it was a power supply issue and sent me a new one. I installed it and the problem was not fixed. Then she told me to switch both power supplies from one unit to the other. The same unit had the same problem after the switch. I think they will send me a new LCD unit now. This has been a multiple month process because I'm sick an tire of removing the unit from the tank, taking it apart, and putting it back together. I bet I've done it 10 times and the problem is still not solved.

I'm having an issue with the moonlights on one of my 2040's. Sent a video to Sunny and waiting for response....

My saga continues. New LCD is on its way from China. Fingers crossed this will fix the problem. Apparently they redesigned the lcds so there are none in the US.
